A lot of things, good or bad has past, and its the last lap of our run in high school
I don’t want to disappoint myself, and I think studying isn’t that boring after all!

Ok that sounds really wrong, but anyway, i’m such a mugger nowadays!

Chemistry test over and physics next up, hmm wondering whether I will get to go for ASEAN submit this year or MUNs at the end of the year, guess those are things really worth working towards.

Term 3 has started for a week, and I am so proud to be able to catch up with school work, for once.
I had turned over a new leaf and started doing homework :O, Ok, that’s shocking, haha
cause afternoons are so free nowadays, without long debate trainings (which I miss terribly) , though it kinda is positive and negative but studying is definitely equally important.
I’m kinda reduced to the state where I just go home early everyday, finish all homework and study, which is really quite frightening for myself, because I think I had never been able to achieve that yet.
Soon, fridays will be free too when the sec 4′s stepped down from Mediatech.

I was kind of feeling guilty during both discussion of Exco positions in Debate as well as Mediatech. guessed it was really my wrong and fault for over-committing myself last year, the period of time when I had MP attachment, HRP, 3 Pday projects, debate competitions and just got into Exco for both Mediatech and Debate. It may be part of my over-ambitious character which was really bent on achieving and getting greater results. The problem was about handling the club and performing duties. I believed that what I had done for both Mediatech and Debate was truly lacking especially when I was Vice-Captain of debate and Chairman of Mediatech. In retrospect, it was kind of foolish of me over-estimating my capabilities, but all’s past anyway.

Now, I’m really quite focused on studying for EOYs and as well as preparing for JC next year. Haha, been hooked onto a few books of philosophy recommended by some of my friends, the content sure is interesting but extremely hard to comprehend, interpret and infer. As the basics of gaining knowledge is to relate and link presented ideas to those already-known ideas or past experiences, it’s almost impossible to comprehend the philosophy ideas due to some sheer “out-of-the-world” concepts.
Many ideas just popped up and it is really hard to relate to as well as link it to something concrete, it’s as though I’m just trying to grasp concepts hanging in the thin air. The field is really huge, there is topics like immutability of human nature to moralism and liberalism.

All must have been kind of boring, but I don’t really have a habit of blogging for the sake of writing whatever had happened today, but perhaps real changes and important milestones of my life.

Looking forward to badminton tomorrow, and I’ve to lose more weight :S
